Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours unless stated otherwise in the case of pre-orders. All orders will be shipped either USPS or UPS to the confirmed billing address; no exceptions will be made. All shipments will be sent with tracking and insurance and require an adult signature.
